INTRODUCTION
The M.A. Degree Programme provides an opportunity to acquire advanced knowledge in the main areas of Economics and current affairs in the field related to Finance, Budget and Accounting.
OBJECTIVE
The Post Graduate Degree Programme M.A. (Economics), provides an opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of advanced economic theories with a view to develop analytical skills for applying these theories to current economic problems in India and abroad.
ELIGIBILITY
A candidate who has graduated from the faculty of Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, Science and Computer Science (with the background of Mathematics and Statistics), Engineering, Law, Management, Agriculture of this University or any other recognized University is eligible for admission to this Programme.
