You must understand the web and how it works. You should have spent at least the last 1 year doing web-based design using Photoshop, have good knowledge and skills with Flash, and be conversant with Illustrator. Knowledge of typical workflows using the three applications is preferred. Must have good analytical and visualization skills.
Other desired skills include good knowledge of Typography, hands-on working experience in video-processing using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, audio-processing using Adobe Audition and Adobe Soundbooth, basic 3D using one of Maya/Lightwave/3D Studio Max, etc.
